Our new, modern and spacious apartment is located in the heart of Schwechat, approx. 8.5 km (10 minutes) from Vienna Airport. You can easily reach it by taxi or affordably by train (S7 or Rex7) directly from the airport. The S7 stops approx. 600 meters from the apartment at Kaiserebersdorf station. The apartment is situated in a quiet, modern residential complex with minimal traffic noise. It is located on the 3rd floor and can be easily reached by elevator. In 2024, it was newly furnished and equipped.
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. It consists of two bright bedrooms with balcony access, a spacious kitchen-living room, a modern bathroom with a rain shower, and a fully equipped kitchen – perfect for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is ideally located for visiting Vienna: A bus stop is just 300 m away, and the nearest train station is 600 m away. Trains to the city center run regularly from there. Additionally, tram line 71 connects Schwechat with many sightseeing spots.
